In 2009, the third year of Project Horizons, supported by the City of Wroclaw and hosted by the Instytut im. Jerzego Grotowskiego, the Workcenter of Jerzy Grotowski and Thomas Richards will be present in Wroclaw for the months of October and November. While continuing its internal practical performing arts research, the Workcenter will also have a large-scale public presence, with presentations of performative opuses of its Open Program, holding an open conference, and screenings of film documentations of Workcenter research. Project Horizons Part III will also be the home for the all-new Zero Budget Festival, a multidisciplinary arts festival, ideated by the Workcenter, with events both private and open to the public at large.
