Practical Information

Application
Anyone interested in participation in the work sessions is kindly requested to send us an application form and send it to Justyna Rodziñska-Nair  justyna@grotowski-institute.art.pl.
In the event that your application is accepted but you must withdraw from participation, please inform us as soon as possible so that we can make the necessary arrangements.  

Language

Sessions are led in Polish, or in English with Polish translation (optional).

Venues
The main site of the Grotowski Institute is located in the very heart of Wroclaw, in the Przejscie Zelaznicze, an alleyway in the centre of the old town Market Square (Polish: Rynek).
Workshops are held also in Na Grobli Studio (30/32 Na Grobli Street, Wroc³aw). Some workshops are held at the forest base of the Grotowski Institute in Brzezinka. Transportation, accommodation and meals are provided by the Institute. 

Accommodation

Accommodation and meals are provided by us only for workshops taking place in the forest base of the Institute, in Brzezinka. During  work sessions at the main site of the Institute (Rynek-Ratusz 27), accommodation and meals are at the expense of the participants.

Fees

Having received our confirmation of participation after a successful application, participants must pay the relevant fee into the following account:

Payment should be accompanied with the note ‘For the work session led by «leader’s name»’.

The full fee must be paid a week prior to work meetings, two weeks before the start of work sessions and three weeks before the start of the Atelier. Please also send us a copy of the receipt for the payment by e-mail, post or fax.

If payment is not received by the given deadline, this will be treated as a withdrawal from participation.
This procedure is necessary in order to allow sufficient time to inform people from the waiting list about the possibility of taking part in the session.
