Artistic Guidance: Jagna Knittel and Przemysław Wasilkowski

Olga Emalianchik is an anthropologist working at Polotsk University. She is currently the leader of Guda, a Byelorussian group that performs ritual songs using ancient vocal techniques, and was the leader of Kniazyc. Olga Emalianchik specializes in the ritual song traditions of Central and Northern Belarus and Eastern Polesia. Between 2002 and 2005 she visited Poland several times to teach song workshops.
