Our Letter to You
The life of everyone on earth is a complex story. In order to know it and to develop it, you need to take a journey deep into yourself. SA TA NA MA. Know yourself. Live your life in full awareness of your powers. Life is beauty – it depends on what you do with it. You must be strong enough to follow your personal path. Each of us has a mission in the grand scheme of life.
Drawing on your experiences, you should make efforts to develop a personal technique – a growth practice. Creative work is transformative.
The calibre of your life is fully up to you, the same goes for whether you can or cannot share your experiences with others.
A disciplined practice of certain exercises and of concentration determines the proper condition which, by vibrating, attracts the inspirations, knowledge and meetings you need, opening up a new dimension of consciousness, unblocking and opening the heart.
Love is all. Love is what supports the universe and binds everything in it together. Love is the most powerful energy. Smile straight from your heart, love unconditionally as others love you. PREVIOUS SESSIONS Rena Mirecka was an actress with Jerzy Grotowski’s Laboratory Theatre from 1959 to its dissolution in 1984, performing in all its productions, including Akropolis, The Constant Prince and Apocalypsis cum figuris. Drawing on her experience with the Laboratory Theatre, Rena leads workshops and work sessions for participants from all over the world. Since 2000 she has been working under the auspices of the Grotowski Institute in Wroc³aw (formerly the Grotowski Centre), holding The Way laboratories. Maciej Stawiñski’s film, The Dream (2009), documents her work in Brzezinka in July 2009 as part of THE WAY Theatre Research Laboratory. Since 2010, Rena has been holding KARAWANASUN laboratorieswith the assistance of Marco Balbi di Palma and in collaboration with Maciej Stawiñski. Upcoming workshops |
