9th January Open meeting with Tilo Ulbricht (The Gurdjieff Society of England) dedicated to Georgyi Ivanovich Gurdjieff; presentation of a special issue of the magazine Konteksty. Polska Sztuka Ludowa (2005 no 2) devoted to Gurdjieff, edited by Grzegorz Ziolkowski with the consultation of Tilo Ulbricht and in cooperation with James Moore. 10th January Closed meeting with Tilo Ulbricht. Lecture and presentation of film materials documenting The Movements of Gurdjieff. 14th January The seventh anniversary of Jerzy Grotowski’s death. Presentation of the interview with Jerzy Grotowski by Margaret Crouden for American television (Jerzy Grotowski in Conversation with Margaret Croyden), produced and directed by Merill Brockway, 1969. 18th January Fourth lecture by Jerzy Adam Nowak from the series State of mind – classical music of India. 19th January Konteksty. Polska Sztuka Ludowa Meeting with Zbigniew Benedyktowicz and Maciej Rozalski, editors of the magazine Konteksty. Polska Sztuka Ludowa (IS PAN, Warsaw), dedicated to the issue 1/2005, which featured texts on Peter Brook’s visit to Poland, and to the issue 2/2005, dedicated to the life and teaching of Georgyi I. Gurdjieff and to the 14th session of International School of Theatre Anthropology ISTA - with film screenings. |
