 Singer, actress, teacher. She was born in the Vinnica region, in Ukraine, into a family of teachers. She studied at the Lysenko State Conservatory in Lviv (under Prof. Tarnavetska) and later undertook an internship at the Workcenter of Jerzy Grotowski in Pontedera, Italy. From 1988 she collaborated with the Les Kurbas Theatre in Lviv. She has received awards from numerous international music and theatre festivals. She performs ancient religious music, folk songs, romances, music by contemporary composers, and contemporary improvisational music. She has collaborated with Sergey Kovalevich, from Moscow, since 1996.
