Laboratorio di Ricerca Permanente sull’Arte dell’Attore – nowadays an independent association, was founded in 1996 by Domenico Castaldo, in order to research on actor’s art. The Laboratorio aims to find a way through theatre which transverses both theatre school and travelling company, and to keep alive the desire, the driving force that moves the actor towards the performing arts, through technical rigour and research. Building a theatre event is not about richness of means, but the human being: everything is inside the actor.
